Dear Colleagues,

The network from station QUIN (Quincy, CA, USA) has been reestablished.
Hourly data starting 2002-11-18T15:00Z and daily data starting
2002-11-14T00:00Z are now publicly available. Please be advised that the
receiver has been replaces with ROGUE SNR-8000 running firmware version
3.2.32.11. Due to damage, the antenna cable was also replaced. The updated
sitelog has been submitted to IGSCB.
