[IGSMAIL-4157]: wrong EBRE rinex headers

rinex header for EBRE data files, DOY 312, 313, 314, 315 contained
inconsistencies concerning the Antena Type field. Corrected files have been
resubmitted to BKG. 

wrong file     --> "NONE                "
corrected file --> "TRM29659.00     NONE"
