Dear IGS Colleagues,
Please note that the station KOKB has experienced some problems in the last
2 weekly SINEX combinations. Its residuals are on average (27mm, 24mm, 11mm)
(N, E, H) with respect to its reference frame coordinates. Since it was
rejected from
the combination, it did not affect the alignment, That discontinuity also
coincide
with equipment change at the station as was pointed out to me earlier by Jim
Ray.

Since KOKB also is part of the set of 54 Reference Frame (RF)
stations, It should not
be used any more for reference frame alignment. A procedure similar to the
one outlined
earlier this week for FAIR will also be applied in this case.
Best Regards,
Remi,
