Dear Colleagues

There is a new peer-reviewed international publication - Journal of Global 
Positioning Systems. This new journal covers many subject areas in line 
with IGS activities. The articles and journal guidelines can be accessed 
electronically through the following website:

Publishing such a journal is a major effort to exchange scientific and 
engineering ideas from a newly funded non-profit organization
by overseas Chinese professionals in satellite positioning
(http://www.cpgps.org). CPGPS, short for International Association of
Chinese Professionals in Global Positioning Systems, is registered and
head-quartered in Canada.
