The hardware of the IGS/EUREF site HFLK was partly damaged doy 251, 
possibly by lightening (antenna and receiver). Due do the remote
position we could detect this reason only during a personal
inspection last week. We will try to repair this site during the
next week, despite of presently severe winter conditions.
