[IGSMAIL-4076]: Power outage at CDDIS on 14-Sep-2002

On Saturday, September 14 all power will be shut down in the building
housing the CDDIS computer equipment.  This outage is scheduled for
05:00-22:00 EDT on Saturday.  To accomodate this electric work, the CDDIS
computer will be shut down at 18:00 Friday, September 13. Assuming no
difficulites, we will bring the system back up Sunday morning.

All IGS global data centers archive hourly 30-second data; JPL also
provides public access to their archives.  As a reminder:

YYYY = 4ch year (e.g., 2002)
DDD  = 3ch day of year (1-365/6)
HH   = 2ch hour of day (00-23)  
MM   = 2ch min of hour (00,15,30,45)

We will do our best to catch up on all deliveries once the system is
back up and running on Sunday (hopefully).  We regret the inconvenience   
this downtime will cause our user communities.
