On January 14, 2002 the Matera Meteorological Station was dismounted to be
sent out for calibration. It was replaced by an old uncalibrated system
(backup).

Starting from July 18, the Meteorological Station is back on-line. The
station has been calibrated and the Temperature/Humidity trasmitter has been
replaced by a new one (Vaisala HMD70Y).

Please note that the backup station working from January 14 up to July 18
had following systematic errors:
 - Temperature error = +1.1 C (you must subtract 1.1 to obtain the right
value)
 - Pressure error = +1.6 mbar (you must subtract 1.6 to obtain the right
value)
 - Relative Humidity. The old sensor was not reliable
