We began experiencing hardware problems at ALGO at approximately 1000hrs on DOY 194. The Hydrogen Maser 
clock has been taken off line and we are presently operating from the internal quartz clock. 

We have dispatched a technician to the site to resolve harware maintenance with the Hydrogen Maser.

We will issue a follow up email when ALGO is returned to normal operating conditions.
