Ladies and Gentlemen,

For your information I forward this E-mail from
Dr. Zinovy Malkin, concerning the ZECK GPS Permanent
Tracking Station and the data since day 171:

I'm sorry to inform you that due to heavy rainfalls and floods in
North Caucasus region phone lines at Zelenchukskaya are
damaged. So, there will be an interruption in data transfer.
ZECK people hope that they could resume data submission
in several days.
