Dear Colleagues,
BOR1 daily rinex files now include SNR observables, as it was requested by
the IGS CB.
The change is effective from DOY 142 2002, after replacing of the RGRINEXN
v2.2.0 LH and RGRINEXO v2.5.5 LH programmes by the teqc 2.10 ones.
