ADVISORY:

Further to IGSMAIL 3663. The problem at HOLB was traced to an intermittant
problem in the RF antenna cable. The receiver, antenna and antenna cable
were replaced effective 2002/01/23. The site appears to be stable and we are
now able to resume submission of HOLB data. We will be submitting 1 hour and
24 hour data files to CDDISA and 1 hour files to SOPAC effective 2002/02/01.
In addition we have just transferred all 24 hour files commencing D023
through D031 to CDDISA. These are also available by anonymous ftp from
sikanni.pgc.nrcan.gc.ca, cd to  /pub/gpsdata/rinex.

An updated sitelog has been submitted to the Central Bureau and is also
available from our ftp, cd to /pub/siteinfo
