Dear colleagues,

   In an effort to cure the ssh/scp problems we have been experiencing for
nearly a week, the IP address for host cddisa.gsfc.nasa.gov was changed
from 128.183.102.102 to 128.183.103.97; this change occurred around 05:00 
p.m. EDT yesterday, January 30.  The change has cleared up our ssh problem
but unfortunately caused a great deal of confusion to our users.  We had
intended to schedule the change for today but unfortunately the local
GSFC network group were rather over-zealous and changed the address in the
router immediately!  I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this
change has caused all our users.
