Concerning SLR Electronic Mail (Message No. 0850) I can inform you that the new
satellites are scheduled to be placed into operation in Plane 1, the planned
Slots are 3, 5, 6 ; the planned time for the new GLONASS placing is December,
26-27. (There is correct information about new GLONASS satellites in the new
Web-site www.mcc.rsa.ru/IACKVO/RUS/Main.htm - now the Russsian version only, 
the new English version will be done in nearest future.)
