Dear Colleages,

It has been noted that the UTC correction values A0 and A1 stored in
some RINEX navigation message file headers have been reversed. There
evidenly exist some Trimble data download software versions that swap
the values into the wrong order. The public RINEX converters teqc
(UNAVCO) and TRRINEXN (Bern University) have been modified to put the
values into the correct order.

All agencies creating RINEX from Trimble receivers using these
converters should please upgrade to the most current version. teqc
users may see http://www.unavco.ucar.edu/html_mail/teqc/msg00247.html
or contact Lou Estey (lou at unavco.ucar.edu); TRRINEXN users may
contact Werner Gurtner (werner.gurtner at aiub.unibe.ch) with
any questions.

With thanks to those who discovered the effect and those who provided
the new converters,
Angie
