        HERS site underwent a power outage from 
        09:00 - 14:00 on 27th Nov 2001. 
        Following this down time the Z12 failed 
        to lock on to it's external frequency until
        11:00 on the 28th. Unfortunatly most of this
        data had been sent by time the error was 
        discovered. Apologies and please treat data 
        from this period with caution.
