The CHAT receiver has been upgraded from a Turborogue SNR-8000
to an Ashtech Z-XII3.  The Turborogue data ended at 00:00 UT 
on Wednesday 28 November (day 332, GPS week 1142/3).  The Z-12
data start at 03:00 UT on the same day.

There may be a short delay in uploading the last day (331) of
Turborogue data and the first day or so of Z-12 data, to IGS
data centres.  We apologise for this.

With this upgrade, we will be supplying hourly CHAT data to IGS.

An updated site log will be forwarded to IGS in the next few
hours.
