In order to perform some roof repair work near the USNO antenna, it
was necessary to temporarily remove the antenna from its mount.
This was done today, 27 September 2001, at about 12:30 UTC.  The
antenna was remounted and tracking resumed at about 17:23 UTC.

We apologize for the resulting data loss.
