It has been brought to my attention that some of you whom have tried booking
rooms at the Courtyard were told that the IGS block was sold out and 
that a higher rate would be charged.  It appears that this is a mistake and 
a limited number of rooms are still available at the Courtyard.  Note however 
that the availability and rates are only guaranteed for the October the 14-18
period and that reservations must be made by mentioning "IGS".  I would advise 
anyone who wish to cancel a reservation made elsewhere to first ensure that
a reservation can be made at the Courtyard.  

The reservation deadline for the remaining rooms for the IGS block has been
extended to September 30th.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
