    The HERS chokering antenna has been returned by Ashtech following a
    repair and has been re-mounted on its original marker. Early
    indications are that the orientation dependence in signal reception has
    been eliminated. We also hope that analysts will find that the quality
    of HERS data is improved - any feedback will be much welcomed.

    An updated log file will be sent to IGS and data submissions of both
    hourly and daily RINEX files will be restarted today (it would have
    been last Thursday but we had a network failure which has only been
    repaired this monring!).

    We apologise for the long gap in the HERS data series.
