[IGSMAIL-3416]: Scheduled outage of CDDIS computer facility

On Tuesday, July 17, the CDDIS computer cddisa.gsfc.nasa.gov will be 
down from approximately 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (EDT).  During that 
time, our data archives will be transferred to our new RAID disk system. 
We regret the inconvenience the outage will cause our user communities 
but feel that the new, larger disk system will be worth the downtime in
the long run!  Please contact me (noll at cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov) if you have
any questions.
