    We have evidence that the antenna for the Ashtech Z12 receiver on the
    HERS reference point at Herstmonceux has a fault which makes reception
    dependent on the azimuth orientation of the antenna. Pending further
    investigations (including the possible replacement of the antenna) we
    propose to cease both hourly and daily data distributions.
