please note that starting from today (May 18) Italian GeoDAF is archiving
all HOURLY data files (including meteo) in

    ftp://geodaf.mt.asi.it/GEOD/GPSD/NRTDATA/yyyy/ddd

Previously we had 2 separate subdirectories "obs" and "meteo" for data end
meteo files respectively.

We also modified the procedures we use to send files to IFAG in order to
send Glonass data (from "mat1" station)
for IGLOS project and to try to speed up the sending process.
