Subject: IRKT will work 3days w/o H-maser

Dear IGS Colleagues:

Please be informed that starting from 24-Apr-2001 00:00UT  IRKT station
TR-8000 receiver will work with internal crystal generator. We found some
negative moments in the behavior of our active filtering device (AFD)
applying to transfer reference frequency signal from H-maser to observatory
(cable length ~600 meters). We need 3 days to repair and investigate our
AFD.

I will notice before our return to H-maser signal application.
