At this time, the CDDIS computer cddisa.gsfc.nasa.gov is up and running.
The web site and ftp services are available.  However, one of the disk
drives is not functioning properly which may cause these services to go
down.  We will try to monitor the computer this weekend to ensure the
filesystem continues to operate.  On Monday, April 23 at ~10:00 EDT,
system staff will be shutting down cddisa to repair the problem.  We
hope the downtime will be short.  I will keep you advised of any
additional information. We regret the inconvenience these disk problems 
cause the user community.
