Dear IGS Colleagues,

The GPS receiver at North Liberty (NLIB) stopped tracking at 
16:03 UTC, doy 024. The data available to that time is available 
in the RINEX files nlib0240.01*

The receiver was restarted and began tracking at 02:01 UTC, doy 025.
