Dear IGS Colleagues,

A site log format which supports both GPS and GLONASS sites is needed
to achieve the planned migration of IGLOS-PP sites into full IGS
sites. In the past few months, a first draft addressing this need as well
as other site log suggestions was written (thanks to Werner Gurtner), and
examined and refined by a small group of people from EUREF and various
IGS components.

Your comments on the draft included below are now encouraged and
welcomed at igscb at igscb.jpl.nasa.gov . Please make every attempt to
send an initial response by 24 Jan, so that we may assess what will be
necessary to reach a consensus at that time.

Site operators should -not- use the new format until instructed to do
so. The CB will be able to assist with migration of existing IGS
site logs.

Best regards,
Angie
