 Subject: Change of the position for the antenna station TOUL

 Du to labours on the building roof the postition of the antenna
 has been changed on 03 JAN.2000. 
 So the file of this day (Toul0031) stop at 12h27 UT.
 The datas record has been restarted (on the new position)
  on 04 JAN. 2000 at 08h00 UT.
 The name of the station of Toulouse will be changed.
 The new name will be TLSE and a new site log will be send
 this week.
