the below announcement calls your attention to a special meeting devoted

to the status of LEO missions and to the organization of the IGS LEO
Pilot Project. This meeting will be held  Jan. 30 - Feb. 1, 2001 at
GeoForschungsZentrum  Potsdam, Germany.  You will find updated agenda as
