Dear Colleagues,

Operators of sites with AOA equipment who use the teqc software
for translation to RINEX must ensure that a version of teqc no older
than 20 Jul 2000 is being used!

In IGSMail 2918, a problem with ionospheric parameters in earlier
versions was detailed. As of today, 63 IGS sites operating AOA
receivers are using an obsolete version of teqc. Please update
this software as soon as possible.

Information on teqc is, as always, available at
http://www.unavco.ucar.edu

Best regards,
Angie
