Deadline for abstracts: December 01, 2000
Dear colleagues,
We would like to inform you that the Symposium
"Evolving Space Geodesy Techniques"
will be held during the
26th General Assembly of the European Geophysical Society
in Nice, France, 26-30 March 2001.
The topics of the symposium cover all the relevant space techniques
applied in geodetic research and applications such as
- Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI),
- Satelite/Lunar Laser Ranging (SLR/LLR),
- GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO/DORIS,
- Satellite Altimetry, Interferometry and new technologies.
Objectives are to provide information on the state of the art, trends
and to give prospects for each of the techniques.
Contributions are solicited on technology developments, on operation
experiences/refinements and results.
Conveners of the symposium "Evolving space geodesy techniques"
are:
Coordinating Convener: W. Schlueter (schlueter at wettzell.ifag.de)
