Dear Colleagues,

this year, the annual European U.S. Civil GPS Service
Interface Committee (CGSIC) Meeting will take place
from November 30 to December 1, 2000 in Monaco. For
more than a decade now, the CGSIC with its International
Information Sub-Committee (IISC) has been engaged in the
exchange of information on the Global Positioning System
and its augmentations, providing an interface between the
US military system operator and the civil GPS user community. 

I should like to take the opportunity to draw your attention
to the Monaco Meeting. A promising agenda will cover many
aspects of today's GPS usage and future developments of the
system.
