SOPAC was recently notified of the installation of a SCIGN short dome
(SCIS) at site kodk on 08/09/2000.  Rinex files on and after this date
have been re-created with the correct header information, and are
available via ftp from the SOPAC archive at:

ftp://lox.ucsd.edu/pub/rinex/2000/

and from the web at:

http://lox.ucsd.edu
