IGS site WHIT was changed from Pacific Geoscience Centre(PGC)
of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan ...formerly EMR) to it's
sister agency Geodetic Survey Division(GSD), also part of NRCan.

Tracking with PGC's receiver ended 16:00 UT 03-Oct-2000 (DOY 277)

Tracking with GSD's receiver started 00:00 UT 04-Oct-2000 (DOY 278)

One 24-hour file will be submitted for 04-Oct-2000 (DOY 278)
Commencing 05-Oct-2000 (DOY 279) hourly files will be submitted 
to the IGS via CDDISA.

                              : The GPS reference mark consists of a brass
                              : plate with a forced centred stainless steel
                              : bolt. The brass plate is embedded on top of
                              : a 1.5 metre high concrete pier, 40 cm in
                              : diameter. The concrete pier is anchored to
                              : exposed bedrock using steel re-enforcement
                              : bars. The antenna is attached to the brass
                              : forced centered plate via a 10 cm high
                              : anodized aluminum base. This base
                              : provides a constant height above the brass
                              : plate and also permits the antenna to be
                              : referenced to north.
