    We have submitted a new GPS site log for Herstmonceux to include the
    following changes:

    1) A second GPS antenna, previously mounted on the same mast as HERS
       (about 1m away and below the plane of the chokering), was relocated
       elsewhere on the site on 2000 Aug 18. We would be interested to know
       if analysts register any change in the quality of HERS data as a
       result.

    2) The official name of our group has changed to:
       NERC Space Geodesy Facility.

    3) We have changed computers and our new email address is:
       slr at slrb.rgo.ac.uk.
