Dear Colleagues,

The antenna at TSKB were replaced by AOAD/M_T (the same type) on AUG 22, 
2000 09:20UT and started to produce new at that time.

We are now examining the new data, and planning to submit them to CDDIS on
AUG 28, 2000.

An update site log has been submitted to IGSCB.
