Dear colleagues,

We would like to draw your attention to a right now completed
internet publication on our web-sites concerning absolute phase
center variations (PCV).

The development of the Absolute Field Calibration of Antenna PCV
reached a point, where the calibration has become a matured and
highly precise procedure. Since the need and demand for absolute 
PCV information is quite high and the "topic PCV" is very important
for precise GPS (GNSS) coordinate determination, we decided to publish
the absolute PCV for the AOAD/M_T choke ring antenna (most common type
within the IGS network, reference antenna for relative PCV calibration)
on the web.

The results of extensive calibrations of one antenna of this type is
now freely accessible and can be downloaded. Beside the PCV table(s),
you will find more information on absolute field calibration. 
Furthermore, some suggestions for an enhancement and extension for a
more proper format definition for the antenna PCV tables can be found 
and should initiate a fruitful discussion.

We hope the publication of the absolute PCV for the AOAD/M_T choke
ring antenna can "fill a gap" within the GPS error budget.
