Dear Colleagues,

The tracking problems at BRUS have been solved by
replacing the AOAD/M_T with an ASH701945B_M antenna.
This change has been done one week ago on April 27,
2000 (DOY 118).
There has been no change in antenna height.
>From on-site GPS measurements we have computed the
position of BRUS before April 27 (with the AOAD/M_T)
and after April 27 (with ASH701945B_M) and obtained no
significant (below 1 mm) position shift due to the
antenna change.

Phase eccentricity values used in this computation
for the ASH701945B_M (Dorne Margolin type) in this
computation are identical to the ones used with the
standard Dorne Margolin antenna AOAD/M_T (0.1100 m
for the L1 phase center and 0.1280 m for L2).
No elevation dependent phase eccentricity values
have been used.

Daily data for BRUS will be made available again
from DOY 119 on. Hourly data submission will resume
today May 4, 2000 (DOY 125).

Best regards,

Carine Bruyninx
