Dear colleagues,

RE: Station YSSK

Since 19-JAN-00, phase data measured at YSSK (Sakhalin Island, Sea of Japan) 
with the Ashtech Z-12 receiver are very noisy and unusable. The data were
quite good before that day.

We are testing if this is an external noise (multipathing, TV, etc.),
or a receiver failure. If this is the latter case, we intend to replace
the receiver quickly.
