ADVISORY:

The ALIC GPS station at Alice Springs is again operational from doy 20,
20/01/2000, 00Hrs UT.
The problem was not with the GPS receiver as mentioned in IGSMAIL-2673 but
with the external power supply to the unit which had an intermittent fault.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused during the outage.
