Subject: another USNO data gap

Tracking by the USNO receiver (AOA SNR-12 ACT S/N 246-U) was once again
interrupted by a spontaneous failure, which resulted in a 4.6-day gap 
due to the long holiday weekend:

  23-DEC-1999 ~00:18 UTC -- receiver stopped tracking
  27-DEC-1999 ~15:27 UTC -- receiver manually restarted

We apologize for the continuing data interruptions.
