Subject: Shutdown of EBRE for DOY 315

as announced on IGSMAIL n2576, station EBRE had to stop logging data on DOY
315 due to leveling works. As a  consequence, in file EBRE3150 there is a
data gap from 11:02 to 13:50 UTC.

I do apologize for all the problems this might cause.
