Subject: USNO receiver status

Our attempts to install a new receiver at USNO have not been successful
yet.  Therefore, today the previous AOA ROGUE SNR-12 RM (s/n T246) was
reinstalled.  As a result, the only configuration change that has been
made is the installation of a new antenna cable run (the same Andrew
FSJ1-50A type as before).

No data are available for 14 October (doy 287).  Data collection resumed
today, 15 October, at about 17:30 UTC.
