ADVISORY:

We have had to remove the Cesium clock from the receiver at ALBH due to
problems with the stability of the Cesium Clock. The receiver commenced
operating on internal clock steering approx. 01:00UT D229. The receiver was
also on internal clock steering commencing approx. 23:45 UT D269 until
approx. 19:45UT D271 at which point the GPS receiver was reconnected to the
Cesium Clock; unfortunately the frequency was not stable enough to permit
continued operation in this mode and it has been disconnected.

An updated log has been submitted to the IGSCB.
