Subject: GGAO Maser online

The maser at GGAO was restored to service Monday, 16 August, 1999 at   
12:00 UT.  The power outage which had been scheduled to allow maintenance   
on the HV lines was cancelled because of electrical storms in the general   
area.  The power group is threatening to reschedule for Thursday the   
19th.

The Masers return to service effects the following;
           MV3 - VLBI station
           GPS -  IGSGPS systems at GGAO (includes GLONASS)
           GGAO - site wide distribution of F&T
