As a continuing service to the community, GPS results from IGS and SCIGN sites
are available at URL:

Recent improvements include:

 1.  Updated velocity estimates for sites with more than one year of data.
 2.  Time series for 220 sites with more than one year of data.
 3.  New time series for 45 SCIGN sites with less than one year of data.
 4.  Geocenter and scale time series.
 5.  Polar motion and length of day time series.
 6.  Updated global and regional maps.
 7.  Numerical values available via ftp at:
     sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/mbh
 8.  Transformation files for GIPSY users available via ftp at:
     sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/gipsy_products/x-files
 9.  Comparisons with VLBI, SLR, ITRF96, ITRF97, and NUVEL-1A all indicate
     velocities accurate at the level of 1 mm/yr N, 1 mm/yr E, and 3 mm/yr V
     for sites with about 5 years of data.
