Subject: Late delivery of KOSG data

Due to communications problems, the data of KOSG for days 161 - 163
could only be downloaded after the weekend. Therefore their submission to
the IGS data center was delayed. The problems have been corrected and the
data were placed in the IGS data holdings about 12 hours ago. Day 164
was timely processed in the usual fashion.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
