ADVISORY:

We have finally been able to replace the instrumentation at HOLB (see
IGSMAIL 2187). The Turbo Rogue has been replaced by an upgraded Turbo with
ACT, s/n T292-U. A new antenna and clock were also installed at the same
time.

Installation of new equipment was carried out 19-MAY-1999;

A new site log has been submitted to the Central Bureau.

Our sincerest apologies for this lengthy disruption!
