Subject: CHAT firmware upgrade

The firmware on the Chatham Island receiver, CHAT, has been
upgraded to account for Y2K and GPS week 1024.

Firmware 3.2.32.8 was installed between 21:42 and 21:55 UT,
19 May 1999.

An updated site log will be sent to IGS shortly.
