Subject: MCM4 Advisory: Splitter Installed


Dear Colleagues,
A signal splitter was placed on the MCM4 antenna at approximately  20:00
UTC on Feb. 5, 1999. We have noticed a slight degradation in SNR's as a
result, mostly affecting very low elevation tracking. Please let us know
if you are having any problems with these data.
