Subject: ERP format at SIO changed

Dear colleagues,

All ERP submissions of SIO are now using the new IGS ERP standard (version 2). 
The new format was implemented on 0966, day 3, for the rapid products. The 
weekly products will be upgraded to this standard as of GPS week 0965.
